Manangement needs to take several courses in management. My order was completely wrong. The only way they would correct it is if I waited an hour for a new pizza. I live in Bucktown-traffice on a Friday night after work, I do not think so! My argument is WHY should I have to wait when you are at FAULT! Thanks-BUT NO thanks Congress. I highly recommend management (or lack thereof) take several courses in management. The customer is "always" right.

"This place is nice when you dine in but once you make an order for pick up it is totally the opposite. I went today to pick up my order one of the associates that was working there is so rude and not professional at all. My husband paid with a credit card and the b@tch basically through the paper and pen at him and she had a very bad attitude. I wanted to say something but did not want her to do any thing to my pizza. Also the pick up spot is to not as a expected it is very ugly. Not going there ever again might try the other location hopefully they will be professional."
