AROUND ONE MONTH AGO..I TOOK MY SUV TO HAVE THE DRIVERS SIDE BACK REST PAD RE-DONE. MR. DREW CALLED ME LATER AND SAID THAT I SHOULD HAVE THE BACK REST DONE...THATS WHAT I WANTED DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE. ....THEY DID RE -DID THE SEAT IN WHICH NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH. AFTER THAT MY HEAD TOUCHED THE CEILING OF MY S.U.V. I TOOK THE CAR BACK . AND THEN WHEN I LEFT WAS OK FOR ABOUT 10 MINUETS. IVE REALLY TRIED TO GET USED TO THE SEAT BUT IT IS VERY UN-COMFORTABLE ...I CALLED MR. DREW BACK AND ASKED IF THEY WOULD LOOK THIS 200.00 DOLLAR JOB. HE TOLD ME TO GO SEE A BACK DR... THIS GUY DREW IS A MGR. AT THIS BUSINESS AND IS VERY RUDE.....NO COMPASSION.....AND I FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.....HE STATED HE WOULD NOT EVEN MAKE AN ATTEMPT TO RECTIFY THE SEAT ISSUE....NOT HAPPY WITH THE TYPE OF SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THIS MGR. DREW.
