2014 Update- Read this review only! I have copies to prove we have been going here over 10 years now. I have always a pleasant experience with the office that was on Cicero and is now on Cermak, always professional and always alerting us of other options that are less expensive. I have not encountered any issues, I can go to any travel agency but a relationship has been established and most important trust. My father has booked his flights for over 10 years at this place, so loyalty based on good and fair service is the reason why this is spread by word of mouth and now with my comments as well.

It's not hard to tell when someone sneaks in a "personal" eloquent review of their own place of business that includes pounding their chest though all CA travel ever does is nothing outside of issuing airline tickets! Take the first comment here. Costa Azul Travel, just for starters has NOT existed more than - at most - the last five years. This person puts in 10. How do I know? I used to work there.

In actuallity YES they do give good prices. It's the only way they can keep operating since dishing out tickets is all they want to be bothered doing. Alongside the hiring of mostly illegal alliens that probably helps for keeping overhead very low. Last Summer one of their agents twice made citywide news for hiring street bums to hustle street corner sales that provoked a gang war of that ended up appearing on NBC.
