If you want the most reasonable customer service this is the right place. Most places I went are outrages and this one took the time to understand my situation and know what I wanted. I just loved it here.

If you're on a budget like I am.. This is the place to be.. They have the most reasonable prices. They don't try to convince you to go pass your budget. They work with you and if there is a minor difference in pricing they adjust it to help you out. I just love it. I got the best of the best. And I am loving it more and more. Thanks!!

Diamond Appliance does a great job fixing my appliance. One time my fridge just stop working and my food were rotting. I called up Diamond Appliance and they came the exact day. The technicians found out the problem and solved it within a few minutes of arriving. Good guys, polite and very professional. Will keep using them.
