I ordered a pizza and had it delivered. When the delivery guy left, I noticed that he did not give me my credit card receipt. I thought nothing more about it until I saw my debit card statement. Someone had added an extra $4 to his tip. I called two weeks ago to have the charges reversed, but, so far, nothing has been done about it. It's not the $4 that I'm concerned about. It's the principle.

I was referred to this salon by a friend who stated that her grammar school nieces "natural and course"hair was washed, blow dryed and curled very well. Howvever, she felt that when she went in for her own service, the blow drying person was too extreme with pulling her "permed" hair. I went in this past Saturday, I told the husky fellow that he was burning my ear. He left the curlers on it. I had to scream and affront him about that he was burning my ear. I was out done because I only had about 4 curls left until my hair was complete. Nevertheless, before I could jump out of my seat out of irritation. He began to put some cream on my brows. I asked him what was he doing. He stated he was going to arch them. I was steaming by then, when I responded, "I am not going to let you touch my brows when you hurt my feelings when you burned my ear nonchalantly!" The women whom I met there (at least 4) stated that they have had bad experiences before and only Maxi does their hair. Why have a shop when you staff are nincompoops! Train you staff to be as cordial and accommodating has you!!!
