Dr. Diane Slotemaker is a 1997 graduate of the Illinois College Of Optometry; she received her undergraduate degrees in Biology and Spanish from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1993. Dr. Slotemaker offers Chicago Eye Doctors patients extensive clinical expertise in primary care optometry, including pediatrics, the treatment of anterior segment eye disease and the design and fitting of specialty contact lenses. She is an active member of the optometric community and participated in an overseas charitable mission to Guatemala bringing needed health services to a remote population.
