Dudek & Bock Spring Manufacturing produces custom springs, wireforms, light metal stampings and assemblies. The company has access to most gauge sizes of basic wire, music wire, HDMB, OTMB, Chrome Silicon, Stainless Steel Type 430, Beryllium Copper and Phosphor Bronze. Dudek & Bock manufactures with statistical process control, using spring force testers, charting and certification. As a certified ISO9002 and QS9000 registered manufacturer, the company designs and builds production machines to suit the specific needs of its customers. This in-house capability allows Dudek & Bock to create machines to fabricate parts such as double torsion springs that cannot be fabricated on standard coilers or four-slides. Headquartered in Chicago, Ill., the company also runs a facility in Mexico.
