Provided by YP.comI found this place after searching for a local source for resin. I found the staff to be helpful and accommodating both on the phone and in person. I purchased 10 gallons of the 4117 laminating resin. I have used this product and it has exceeded my expectations. I use the resin for boat rebuilding. I have used it on 1708, csm, and as filler. I will return for more when I run out. As far as costs go, they are more expensive than the online outfits, but you don't have to pay for shipping or hazmat so It's a wash.

Provided by YP.comSo after purchasing their gel coat after a friend told me about them all I have to say is I wish I would have ordered from online. Not only the online stuff is cheaper its way better and worth the wait. I purchased a gallon of their gel coat which I was told by other professionals that polyester gel coat is often used to make molds and I know that for a fact. For 2 years I've been making polyester molds out of polyester gel coats and resins and they never were this bad. This gel coat cracked after the first few products came out. Not only that when I tried oven curing at 135 degrees the gel coat started to bubble and messed up the product. I had to make another mold... The same thing happened with the second mold. I was furious and wanted to purchase some flock to strengthen the gel coat and hope it would make it somewhat thicker since the gel coat was very thin. I called them, complained, and asked for a few dollars off the flock. They insisted I was doing something wrong, asked me all these questions and when I answered them with the correct question all they did was try to think of another question to ask me so that way they can try to stump me and blame it on me so they save a few dollars...
The real kicker is that the mold was very flat and had very small corners so how this gel coat is so cheap that it cracked so easy is beyond me...
Because of this I had to delay orders which frustrated customers. I told eager polymers this and it seemed like they couldn’t care any less.
Not only that they didn’t seem like they knew what they were talking about. They told me polyester gel coat is not recommended for mold making. Which when I purchased it I asked them specifically is this product ok for mold making. They said yes at the time.
As far as prices go they over charge too... A gallon of their polyester resin is over $60 dollars! We purchased resin from a company in Florida for $34 dollars and it was just as good.
Lastly they don’t give you enough hardener and charge you if you want more. Other companies we purchased from give you 3x more hardener...
I wouldn’t even recommend them to a competitor company. If you can wait a few days order online. If you cant wait then order ahead of time.
