Ebony give a Gift is a RIP OFF. My Mom renewed and sent my name as gifter, I received 1 issue at the being of the year. In Apil when I contacted customer service about no issue, they informed me that as a gifter they need $13.00, so I got address and send. I waited about a month no magazine, e-mailed was told all back issue to be send. June I e-mailed to let them know that I have not received issue. In August I ask to cancel and return My $13.00. Received e-mail saying as my instruction they are canceling and refunding in August . it is now Sept. and I have not received refund as of yet. I know they are trying to see if I will forget.
