If I could give no stars I would...placed order on Thursday at 7pm to be delivered Friday for a birthday. Friday came tracked order online around 3 said it was out for delivering(which turned out to be a lie) , call around 5 to store person told me it was out for deliver should be there within hour...get a call around 7pm (kinda late don't you think) from delivery driver saying he is on his way will be there in 30 minutes 8pm(fruit delivered at 8pm??? what the...) comes & delivery driver calls again saying he wouldn't be able to make it can he come tomorrow then phone cuts off...I was so displeased I spent over $70 for a birthday gift that couldn't even be delivered on my mother in laws birthday...call the delivery driver the next day say he not working at the moment call the store the hours say online open at 8 I called at 8-9am NO ANSWER (so that's false advisement on their place of business hours) I called customer service for a refund they tell me the manager of the store will be in contact with me...NOTHING no manager called me no one apologized to me for such a horrible experience yet I receive an email about my refund..its more then the refund I wanted the moment in time for my mother in law birthday and I couldn't received that. who ever runs this location is very unprofessional a phone call with communication could have easily resolved this situation and kept a loyal customer and well as their sale sadly I will not be ordering from edible arrangements every again...
