Al did my hair many many times and did a great job. I always walked out looking like a million bucks. I never saw anyone leave this salon not looking great. Watched the woman that worked two chairs from Al give many fine cuts, colors and up dos. Had my brows done a couple of times by one of the ladies. Pure professionals working here.

Horrible experience with Sarah. My daughter went here for a cut and style for prom. Sarah was rude to her, rolling her eyes when told she didn't want short bangs, tugged her hair hard when brushing it and actually burned the back of her neck with the curling iron. Then when she started rolling the top of her hair to pin it back and both of my daughters said they didn't like it, she continued to style it that way anyway. We ended up paying $50 for a style that my daughter cried about and combed out when she got home, besides having a burn on the back of her neck for prom! No thanks to Elite Hair Changers..we will never go back NOR will we recommend the establishment.
