Not that fond of this store. I've had better work done. Because they are black owned and belong to an organization/fraternity that is dear to my heart, I patronized them for service. 1st order, the embroidery work was not carefully done... gaps in the threading and the wrong information placed on jacket. The work was redone and was acceptable. Spoke with woman there and though apologetic, nothing extraordinary was doem to keep me a repeat customer. The seond order (yes I gave them another chance), the wrong items were brought back though specfic instructions were given for the size on items.... I found it peculiar that I ordered 5 items and 2 were the wrong size, when the same size was ordered for all the items. I won;t be giving them a third chance
