Don't ever use - horrible customer service and rude (0 star if I could)

I had scheduled appointments with Eurosonic to pick up a blind for repair and then to return and install it the next day. I was told my appointment was at 1:30.The morning of the appointment I called to reconfirm and was told that we were still on but for a window between 1:30 and 2pm. Fine.I arrive home at 1:15 after taking off the afternoon from work for this to find a message on my machine that Eurosonic had already come by and since I wasn't there, I'd have to reschedule. I call the store and talked to the same individual from that morning. He tells me that oops, the window of time was 1pm to 3pm and since I wasn't there when they came, there was nothing he could do - even though he admitted that they were the ones that misinformed me on the time.I then asked if they could pick it up at my already scheduled time the next day (originally for the re-install) and I would figure out a later date for the re-install. No - they were fully booked out and I was --- out of luck.

Vertical Blinds

I have used them on many occasions to clean my blinds. They pick up, clean blinds, return blinds and install - all in the same day.They are very professional and they make sure you are completely satisfied.You can't go wrong with Eurosonic. I have also told many f my friends about them and they in turn are just as satisifed as I was!

Blind Cleaning STILL looked dirty

I went to Eurosonic in Chicago to get some Honeycomb Shades cleaned & I paid TOO MUCH MONEY & the blinds STILL looked dirty.
