They sent one of my rims out to be refinished on Tuesday. The manager said it will be ready Thursday and he will call me when it's ready. Thursday came and went. I called Friday he said it didn't come in yet. Ok. On Saturday I called again about 2:30. They close at 5p. He picks up the phone, told him who I was and he said, "oh, yes its here." 🤪 I don't think I'll be going back.

This shop is overpriced. You can find the same set of garbage rims that this shop tries to sell you hundreds of dollars cheaper. Look elsewhere. I am beginning to wonder where this guy gets his rims from. Needs to be investigated.

BEWARE! DO NOT GO TO THIS RIM SHOP. IT HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST IN CHICAGO. THIS SHOP DOES NOT HAVE THE WHEELS THAT YOU WANT SO THEY TRY TO SELL YOU ANOTHER SET OF UGLY WHEELS THAT YOU WOULD NOT WANT. THEY THEN TRY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. THERE ARE OTHER SHOPS WAY BETTER.
