He is on staff at Northwestern and Weiss Memorial hospitals. Dr. Gelbmann is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with dual degrees in molecular biology and biology. He attended the Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine. Afterward, he completed an intense 3-year surgical residency at one of Detroits largest and busiest hospitals St. John Hospital and Medical Center.
