Just wanted to let everyone know that Invisalign can only do so much and that is why you go to an Orthodontist, so that if Invisalign does not work for you, braces will be needed to get the desired result. Unless you are a very dedicated Invisalign wearer and follow protocol since it is something you can take off, braces is the only other alternative. I had braces from Gold Coast Smiles and I am very happy with my result!!Thank You

I completely agree with the previous reviewer. I have been with Dr. Garn for 2+ years and had the same exact problem with Dr. Haung. All the promises that I had with Dr. Garn were gone and Dr. Haung came up with reasons to charge me more to finish my Invisalign treatment. I am so frustrated cause I spend $3K + for my treatment and now to finish it he wants me to pay another $2-3K. What?! Getting a new doctor to treat me now would cost more. I feel so stuck and Invisalign company is not helpful in this situation at all. I would warn any new customer not to go here. Save your money and the headaches.

I have been under the care of Gold Coast Smiles for Invisalign treatments for the past 2 ½ years. I was initially a patient of Dr. Garn. When Dr. Garn retired I became a patient of Dr. Huang. I found Dr. Garn to be knowledgeable and caring & his office staff accommodating and friendly. My experience with Dr. Huang has been unpleasant. From the beginning he charged more money for Invisalign refinement trays that had been promised by Dr. Garn to be free. In addition, he periodically said he wanted to put wire braces on my teeth at an additional expense. In my latest appointment I explained to Dr. Huang that the upper Invisalign tray has never properly engaged the attachment on my upper right front tooth (i.e., it fits over my teeth but is not being held firmly in position by the attachment). Dr Huang made up five (yes 5!) reasons the failure was my teeth and not his fault. I shot down each and then fired him on the spot. I will be seeking another, more caring Doctor.
