This guy is a JOKE and WASTE OF TIME! Unfortunately my boyfriend was young and naive when he started paperwork with Leyva several years ago. We called to make an appointment, but were told appointments were not allowed. We arrived at the office at 10:30 a.m. on a Saturday (driving nearly an hour from Gurnee). When we got there, we signed up on a waiting list. We waited for over 3 HOURS, when Leyva told everyone crammed in the small waiting room to go wait in our cars and that they would call when it was our turn. Nowhere was it posted that we could leave and get a phone call! Finally after 3 and a half hours, Leyva saw us only to tell us that he had lost all of my boyfriend's paperwork in a "FLOOD!" His proof? Pictures of shredded paper. It was a complete waste of our time. I would not trust this guy with anything!
