I have read the reviews that people have posted I am glad to here that someone had a good experienced. The office is very unprofessional I think he hired people from the neighborhood. They don't seem very education in optometry The doctor was very impersonal It is an assembly line get them in and out. I have never seen an office as crowd as this place. I paid $300 cash for exam and glasses and it took 1 month before my glasses came back. I would probably buy frames and take them somewhere else for the lens

They do have flaws but hey i am getting a pair of contacts for 10 bucks!!! Last time i was here they were doing a buy one get one free. I love this place! Will def come back. I've been coming here since i was little :)

So I see some people complaining about records being lost or the staf flirting. While it is unfortunate they lost the records this could've happened any where and as far as electronic records go many places still do not have them and errors could occur with that as well. So what if the staff flirts as long as they are not bothering you or holding up service I see nothing wrong with it. I have seen them flirt many times and they NEVER ignore customers because of it.ABOUT THE DOC he has many years of experience and caters to the needs of each patient. He is very helpful and knowledgable about his practice. They usually are pretty quick unless you need an eye exam and that takes a liitle longer depending on how many people are there. This is a walk-in facility so you dont need an appointment to be seen. The doc is great! All you complainers need to write an actual review on the doc not just the office staff, especially since his name is on here.

the service here is awfully bad.the employees have no type of professionalism in them.the location is the worst!!the only reason i went there is because i had heard they had low price contacts!HELLOOO the place says it all!!The so called "receptionist"flirts all day with the customers.Defenitly not a place were i will be going back.

I am filing a complaint with the BBB about this place. How do you lose medical records for your patients? Not only did they lose my file but they lost my daughter's file too. And their only response, "we can't find it so you have to come back in and do another eye exam". Seriously? I am sure that the doctor has no clue that this is going on. Either someone doesn't know their alphabet or someone working there is sabotaging the company. And you don't have a computer system in 2011, only paper files? Yeah, I'm going to see how far I can take this one because losing medical records is unethical and I'm sure it's out of compliance legally. And I'm going to start with these reviews because I am sure we are not the only ones who are being affected by this..

I've been going to Dr.Herro since 1976. He's the best ,same day service was something I use to look forward to.Taking my child-ren was like a treat,They were not afraid . And he treated there needs the way he would mine! and I'm going for myself a pair Thursday. See you soon Dr.Herro
