All the employees at Honda City are courteous and professional. The salesman that sold me my car went over and beyond in getting me into the car I wanted at the best deal and the service staff are very attentive to my car, making sure everything is done according to the maintenance schedule and my wishes

I had a very good experience at Honda City. Salesman Gilbert Gallarzo was helpful, polite, and did NOT behave like your stereotypical car dealer. He was very patient and went above and beyond what he had to do for me, even after it became apparent that it was not possible to meet my target for payment affordability - and that was through no fault of his own. But rather than try to push me into a predatory loan rate we parted amicably without a deal. When I straighten out my credit issues I will return to Honda City - specifically Gilbert Gallarzo - for a car.

Pathetic experience in buying new car



I was offered car with 600 miles already on it as new car and sales person was trying to offer me $60 discount on new car , when I denied it , I was told that they don't want to do business with me .



Sales person were totally unprofessional and was not showing interest to sell car .
