I never in the world thought I would kickbox because I am a little shy but I love this place and wish I could come everyday! The instructors are awesome and motivate you to not give up and I love that. I love feeling like wonder woman when I hit the bag. I love the workouts because they workout every part of my body. I love the stretch time as well and my goal is to be able to do a full split one day. I have been with them for about two months now and I know I’m going to stay with them forever! The workouts are better than going to the gym because at the gym we have no one to motivate us and we get bored and we just end up going home...well at least I did when I used to go to the gym. Love this place!!!!!! Give it a try!!

Joining this boxing studio was one my the best decisions I've made! The facility is clean and the overall environment is positive. The instructors are super motivating and keep you accountable! I'm happy I found this place and would strongly recommend it.
