Fortunately, I was turned onto this team by a buddy of mine. They came pretty well recommended, and as it turns out, deservedly so. It started with selling my rental property in Glenview...

As it happens, I was just about ready to move on from being a landlord after 8 years of doing it. After I reached out for a sit-down, I received some excellent insight regarding what to invest in/not invest in on the property before selling it. As, unfortunately, I purchased at the top of the market and was selling for less than exactly a handsome profit, all things considered, I was provided best advice possible. Long run, I was quite happy with that sale.

Some time later, earlier this year actually, I was looking from out of state and working Imperial again. To be fair I would say I was more high maintenance than your standard client, I wanted a particular neighborhood (like they say, location location location!), my specific price range, and I wanted something with character and city amenities, and so on. He let me know that I saw more than the average number of properties, that many people get fatigued after x number. And I agree, I saw an exhausting number, but I had to know. I had to know that I was making the best choice and not jumping in too soon to something. We made/attempted to make a couple of offers and finally got the perfect place!

I couldn't have been happier. I spent 8 months flipping the property and worked with them again to list it. We sold it the first weekend for a great profit. Again, I couldn't have been happier! The selling process was much less taxing on my end, though of course I can't speak for their end
