This is a scam, and their employees are disrespectful. I asked two employees if I could park in the lot and they ignored me. I returned five minutes later to find that they had booted my car. They promptly charged me $140 to remove the boot. All this could have been avoided, if they had just looked me in the face and responded when I asked if I could park in the lot.
