I needed to repair my winter coat but had questions on how I should proceed. I asked at the front of the store who would be the person in the store to ask for this help. I was directed to a person named Diana. I found her but her whole attitude was that I was an inconvenience or bother as she was abrupt and somewhat rude and seemed to want to just get rid of me. I then went back to ask her of another matter only she was even more put out with me apparently. So I only purchased a small item then went to the front to pay. There was an extremely long line and it took a long time to finally get help for the registers. I don’t frequent this type of store very often so was really disappointed.
