My mom canceled her subscription over two months ago and still has not gotten her refund on a two year paid subscription. As stated below JPC does not answer the phone and takes it's time in responding to it's readers, very sad!

I had to click on a star to get this posted, it doesn't deserve a rating.

YOU ARE SORRY YOU DON'T RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS.

I'm an independent contractor and did a job for them. I have sent my invoice 4 1/2 months ago and accounts payable still can't pay my invoice. All they say is that I am in the system but can't inquire or don't know when it will be paid.

This company is very irresponsible. No one knows anything and can't get paid for services provided.

If you do business with this company, my advise is to get paid up front!
