Provided by YP.comI've lived in the area for many years and have used Just Service in repairing all of my equipment. They have always treated me very good and are very knowledgeable when I have questions on what items to buy. I'm very pleased they are still around as many of the shops in the area have gone out of business or left the area. Very friendly staff.

Tom is a gentleman who truly does "go the second mile"... i had a piece of stero gear that i left, through a friend, at Just service. I moved to denver, and my friend was unable to pick up my receiver. After quite a bit of time,knowing that i did not "much like" this piece of gear, Tom replaced the receiver with a better one, neither charging me the extra money it surely cost for both storage andWrite a review the upgrade. Tom not only invests his time in informing his customers, he does well beyond what any business owner i know does. Provided by YP.comBrought my Mackie mixer to this guy (the owner, Tom). Took him 6 weeks to get it back to me, had to pay cash. Was not allowed to see the item or that it was working before I paid and left the shop. When I got home it was not fixed at all (main right channel was out). I called him and he told me that he would charge me if I brought it back in! Forget the 90 day warranty, he won't honor it. Then he told me he doesn't like Mackie stuff and said it was confusing, but at the same time told me I didn't know how to use my own mixer!! The disclaimers on the contract when you drop something off is (or should have been) enough to scare me away. I recommend you check out some other reviews, like Yahoo or Yelp.com or Google groups to see that other people had the same kinds of problems with this guy. He is really rude, too. Basically I think it comes down to the fact that the guy doesn't know what he's doing and is incompetent. Well, he's got my $160 and there's no recourse. I have never been taken so badly before. Beware!
