Rude Behavior = Bad Customer Service

I have been shopping with this company for hair care products for a year. Had one bad customer service experience while I was shopping. I was in the midst of examining different hair care products when I became aware that I was being trailed around the store.This experience threw me for a loop. I continued to shop with them. But this Saturday was the final straw. I purchased several products but when I made it home I realized I was missing a product. I called and spoke with someone that I was told was the owner. I didn't have the time to return but I needed to fix my hair for a presentation on Tuesday. I returned to the store and waited patiently for the owner to review the security camera to see if a $3.49 hair product had been put in my bag. It apparently was, and I had lost it somewhere between the shop and home. I had no problem purchasing another product because I needed to fix my hair. As I was selecting the product from the shelf the owner passed by and called me a liar. I was in a state of shock. I informed him that I would not waste my time lieing to receive a $3.49 product. I also reminded him that I was a customer and that he was being rude. I purchased the product but decided later that I didn't want to patronize a business with such terrible customer service. I returned the product and purchased the product at a beauty supply a few stores down on the same street. I will never shop there again and I would rather spend my money at a business that didn't treat me in a rude manner. If this is how I was treated I can only imagine the service other former customers have received.
