I as being charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. I couldn't afford to be a convicted felon. I have a good job, I'm in the army national guard and I want to be a police officer. When I first met with Hal I knew he was the real deal. He is very intelligent, confident and ambitious. Watching him do his job in the court room is amazing. He's honestly the best chance you have in the court room. Hal did nothing less that amaze me, and I'm lucky I had the privilege of him to represent me. He saved my life and got me back on track to have a good future.

I was charged with felony speeding in a construction zone. Hal Garfinkel exceeded my expectations in Joliet, IL. With his representation, I was able to have a felony speeding in a construction zone reduced to a petty misdemeanor. Had I not had his representation, my career and family would have greatly suffered. I was especially impressed by how he was able to professionally and accurately resolve my case. Hal Garfinkel helped defeat the difficult charge of aggravated DUI. I faced up to 7 years in the penitentiary for my third drunk driving incident.
