Located in Chicago, Elegant Edge Distinctive Catering operates from a 12,000 square foot office/kitchen complex. Robert Giannetti, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y., started Elegant Edge Distinctive Catering in 1986.
