I drove 3 hours to buy their Toyota Sienna. During my car ride, we agreed on the price, interest rate, and they even offered to throw in a full tank of gas. Everything was confirmed. I arrived there to buy the van, then the owner and the finance manager told me the van was sold 15 min ago. I thought they were kidding. WOW. They never told me there was another buyer, otherwise, I would've put down the deposit. I took the day off to drive 3 hours each way!!! All they care about is selling their car as quickly as possible. If you are an internet shopper, save yourself the drive - the car might not be there when you arrive!!! They are the epitome of a sleazy used car salesman.
