Don't ever buy any accessories from Metro PCS. Today at 1:34pm We purchased the LG TONE PRO HBS-780 Wireless Stereo Headset - Black. Jesus gave us such a deal. Normally the headset sells for 119.00 but he gave it to us for 85.00. I go home and on Amazon I buy 2 with a 3 year warranty for 75.80. Metro PCS website list the same headset for 69.99. We go back to the store and all we could get was a 10.00 Store Credit. No return on accessories. No in store sign stating this! No sales receipt stating this! Metro PCS customer service is a joke because the store at 7947 S Cicero is an authorized dealer they can do what ever they want. Jesus is the smooth talking sales associate to avoid! I am furious! Shop here and bring the lube!
