I purchased a blue solar cover and its falling apart. I had to hire a pool cleaning company because of thousands of little bloe circle came of the cover and was all over my pool. The requested me to send them a sample and that they would evaluate and send me a new one. I think its time that Consumer Affairs or BBB should get involved!

I am experiencing the same issues as others not only with this clear solar cover -supposed to be guaranteed for 5 years!!! product, but also getting a replacement- cleaning up literally thousands of the bubbles was a disaster!!! Unable to get my money back but replacement is literally like jumping through hoops!!! Save your money - very inferior product and service!!!

bought a solar pool cover (the Lcear one) after 3 months the cover statrted developing slits t/o the cover. called the warranty dept. and they told me to send in a swatch sample of the defect with many other requirements. i asked the warranty folks at the company why all theese obstacles in honoring their warranty. it seems that their products are of inferior quality

May 31, 2011 Midwest Canvas Corporation, To Whom It May Concern: Subject: Above-Ground Pool Covers I am just letting you know how these pool covers you sell are an inferior product. If these covers were made in the USA then shame on America, if these covers were made overseas then please stop their production. Your company does not seem to stand behind its products. The MCCs pool cover for a round above ground pool size 24 does not last one season. This product was installed according to MCCs directions; however they do not last. I will no longer recommend your corporations products nor purchase any of them for my personal use. Thank You, Heidi T Rac M.S. CCC-SLP

I purchased a pool solar cover in 2009 and it didn't even last one year before the bubbles started to fall apart. I have been trying to contact their customer warranty department for over 2 monhts via email but still have not received a single email back. Not impressed.
