You get less than you pay for. Much Less. Unless you count the broken washers and dryers, bugs, mice, and inconsistent repair handling as positives. Then you may get almost as much as you pay for. Two starts (i.e. 40/100%) satisfaction; more than one star because the place has served it's purpose as having a roof and walls. Less than three stars because management seems iffy and incommunicable at times (language barrier between landlord and tenants, which is understandable, but no excuse for severely late repairs and disgusting common areas (i.e. laundry, stairs))
