I called Darius and his guys to see if they could help me with a back up in my basement bath. The first time they came out they rodded the toilet until the water level receeded, but it clogged again two weeks later. They then proceeded to try the jet wash inside my bathroom and sprayed water everywhere (hell of a clean up). Then they jet washed the main drain line from the catch basin, saying this would solve the problem. Again, the water went down but they had to come back out four days later. Their jet washer got stuck in the pipe somehow, and they had to leave it overnight and asked us not to use the water to let everything settle. The next day they got their jet washer free and took off, out of site. My drain is still backing up and They don't return my calls. These guys never diagnosed the problem, let alone fixed it, and I'm out $1000.
