Watch this place like a hawk when they sign your pedicure punch card. I've been going there for some time now and was up to #8 on my punch card. I wasn't paying attention and when girl handed it back to me, #8 wasn't punched! So, I spoke up. She claims her initials were on #7 and she wouldn't budge when I told her I was up to #8. The reason I looked this time was that last time, I didn't pay attention either and I'm convinced they pulled the same scam on me. I don't understand why this business would want to upset regular customers who tip well with this scam of not stamping the punch card correctly.

I have been going here for years and was up to #8 on my pedicure punch card. Last time, I didn't pay attention when they stamped my card and realized they didn't stamp it correctly. This time, I paid more attention and knew #8 was to be stamped. But, my mistake again, I didn't watch the girl actually write her initials down. As soon as I looked up from my book and realized it wasn't done correctly, I spoke up. But, the girl lied to my face and said it was her initials on #7 and she stamped the right one. I had no recourse except to let others know to watch them like a hawk on the punch card. I don't know why they would piss off their regular customers who tip well by not stamping the punch cards fairly.
