I went on a Saturday at 5:30pm the Nail Tech/ owner was not there her daughter told me she would return in an hour and half I asked for a business card she didnt have any. I called made an appointment on Tuesday for Thursday Nail Tech/ Owner informed me she is very busy and only takes appts & that if I couldnt make it I must call her and insisted I take her cell and give her mine incase anything was to occur, ok did that. Thursday got there 6:32pm (appt 6:30pm) No one at the shop called Nail Tech/ Owner cell phone I said Im at the shop no one is here I have a 6:30 appt she said "oh I forgot do you wanna reschedule or cancel" Enough said I went some where else.
