I would never ever take my car there again.I had a problem with my belt tenson pully I put my vehicle in Napa shop it was almost 200 dollars.That was ok since I was tired of having problems with it, One day while driving home from work in the rain the belt slipped again.Called Napa told him what had happen he responded ok, my vehicle was towed back to the shop,later the next day he responded by saying I told you this will happen again.Who the h@ll puts their vehicle in the shop pay you just to have the same issue persist again. Then he told me he just put one part on there but when he fixed it he promised me i wouldn't have any issues with my belt slipping again.However the same part he put on there was put on two days prior by another mechanic, he was dumb founded when I showed him the receipt now get this he offered to fix it for $320 lol really dude.I payed 60 for towing my vehicle was only 10 minutes away.I got robbed by this place DO NOT GO HERE.They basically stole my money he didnt fix anything to begin with.
