Madison St. Chicago, IL 60602 RE: Fire Restoration On November 9, 2012, I unfortunately suffered a kitchen fire that resulted in severe smoke damage to my entire home. The fire itself only damaged the kitchen but the smoke affected all three levels of my home. I hired Nationwide Adjusting Company to restore my home. This was a difficult time for me as I had never experienced a home fire in my life and Nationwide was there to help with all the details of the process. I am extremely pleased with their work and their attention to detail. Their representatives were always there for me. Every time I had a question or wanted to meet in person, someone came out. Nationwide Adjusting Company worked so hard for my family. We had a fire and the smoke damage affected everything.. Their adjuster was so experienced. He negotiated with my insurance company to get results that I wouldn't have accomplished by myself. They did everything from permits. showing me samples so I can choose what I wanted, kept things up to code, and when it was all finished (in a very reasonable time), it looked FABULOUS! Not only was their work great, but everyone that I dealt with from their company was very knowledgeable and they were actually sincere about my situation. I give them 5 stars and I would absolutely recommend them.

Nationwide is such a great company. I had a broken water pipe. I didn't know what to do because I never had to deal with this before. It affected my hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets. The insuranced company wanted to repair my floor and put the original kitchen cabinets back in. Nationwide was able to get my entire floor replaced (not repaired), and new base cabinets. I would highly recommend them. Thanks Nationwide Adjusting!
