I was highly recommended to this repair facility from a neighbor of mine.I had my car at another shop and they had replaced my E.G.R valve and spark plugs so my car can pass the emission test.I went to take the test and my car failed.I decided to go to Norwood auto and they asked me to leave my car so they can diagnose it.I got a phone call few hours later and was told my car ready and that it past the test.When I walked in I was questioning what happened because they never gave me a price.The owner Fred told me there is no charge,and that they found a vacuum hose cut so they repaired it.I highly recommend this shop and they have excellent and kind mechanics also.No need for another test for 2 years.Thank you Norwood auto Service

there all very nice guys. they go beond the call of duty to help you out. they are the best and the most honest group of men i have ever come across.i would take my vechical there for any and repairs thank you freddy for every thing
