Terrible! They’re admin Lynn was unresponsive and extremely difficult to work with. We had to get lawyers involved to get a simple leak repaired. Stay away from this shady business.

My experience with Osher Management is similar to the other reviews. If I could rate them Zero stars I would.

OM was hired as the management company for our Lakeview Condominium. As a board member I found them to be dishonest, unprofessional, conniving, and unresponsive to the boards needs or wishes. They have one agenda- their own.

My advice, if you are looking for a management company find one more professional this one. Do not hire them.

Overall just a shady business who made promises they did not follow through with. They left a large slab of granite in our unit for an entire year after telling us they were going to install it in the bathroom the weekend after we moved it. Took them three weeks to replace a leaking toilet. Told us the windows would be cleaned on our floor, but it never happened.. Loved the apartment and would have stayed, but was not worth dealing with a company whom doesn't seem to care about maintaining relationships or responding to the requests and concerns of their tenants in a timely manner.

I just signed a contract today December 5th 2014 to rent a condo from an owner who used Osher Management services as his broker. At every step they gave misinformation or withheld information from my broker.



Then when he gave the lease to the administration assistant of the condo I was moving into she immediately discovered that it was a defective lease, as the condo rules require a 12 month lease, and I needed and agreed to an 8 month lease written and signed by owner and myself. Therefore being Friday end of the day the manager who could make the final decision had gone home for the weekend. So now I have moved into a condo, uncertain as to whether I can live there longer than Monday. My broker is furious, and during his career he said he had never seen another broker or owner write and sign a defective lease before, he called it extreme negligence.



To top it all off, although the apartment looks nice, I was in there after all this less than 5 mins, and I found a cockroach in the bathroom, and put it in a ziplock bag. I really don't want to live in Granville Beach condo now. My broker seems to think everything will work out Monday but we will see.



Avoid Osher Management is my advice.
