I normally do all my work there with Steve. I dropped my car off with the intentions of having it back in a week for a new engine on June 4th. I put $1100 down. However, 1 week later they were saying they haven't touched my car because they have other cars to work on.. I am also a paying customer! So now we are renting a car 2 weeks later and they still have not finished the car, then all of a sudden, the car is ready within a day that required a replacement of the engine? So now we have spent money on a rental and requested that I put half down of my remaining $1000 of my balance down and bring the other half due to the inconvenience they caused. The receptionist speaks in her language as they are joking in the background and laughing (which in itself is very unprofessional but i wouldn't expect anything less) and then she gets on the phone and says no arrangements can be made we were busy and had a lot of cars. As a customer, you shouldn't have told us a week then.
