I have had good and bad experiences with this company. 95% of the time they are on time, courteous and professional...especially the woman who takes the calls....best customer service ever! But I have had problems with them over charging me. There doesn't seem to be a standard and some of the drivers take advantage of you. I'm going back to yellow cab. At least I can see what I'm being charged and I can use plastic to pay. It's too bad they let a couple of bad seeds ruin some good business. Next time tell people up front how the charge rates work since you don't have a mile keeper in your vehicles.

I waited and waited and the cab never showed.And after at least 30 minutes and no call back I looked into another service.Don't waste your time or money!Horrible.They won't return your calls either!

The operator is always friendly & answers all questions promptly. Tries very hard to get you to your location quickly.
