After getting some bad advice from the resident trainer "Rita" years ago, we stopped asking for advice on our labradoodle misty and only used the store to shop at. Period. But when misty developed a little leash pulling issue right when my wife became pregnant we came to the store planning to get a prong collar. A polite young associate named Angel approached us to make a suggestion. When she said she was a trainer I automatically got leery. However after talking for a while and learning about her AND petsmart's newer methods on training dogs, she led us to purchase a head collar for misty which stopped the problem in its tracks (with no painful spikes in the neck either!) Angel has changed our minds about PetSmart completely. We now know one bad apple doesn't always spoil the whole fruit bowl. We will be signing misty up for a class with Angel in the very near future!

WARNING ALL CAT OWNERS: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAT TO THIS PETSMART !! During both of my visits here, I found the groomers to be terribly UNSKILLED and INCOMPETENT. This PetSmart clearly has no clue how to handle cats, or interact with customers.
