Never felt more comfortable leaving my car at auto repair shop until i walked in Philip's Auto Body Shop and spoke with Phil Jr. BEST SHOP IN THE SOUTH SIDE!

they actually ordered what was on my estimate Dealer Parts and not aftermarket china parts just to save them a dollar thank you Phil! . very honest on their work !

Very very slow to finish their very bad job.

Be responsible to your money and time, NEVER NEVER NEVER put your car their.

If you listen to me and keep away from them, That will be the only thing I get from my terrible experience there.

IM ACTUALLY WRITING THIS REVIEW WHILE IM IN THE OFFICE WAITING FOR MY 2016 C63 TO BE RELEASED I ACTUALLY CAME IN YESTERDAY TO SEE THE FINISHING REPAIRS AND ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS THAT I WAS VERY MUCH SATISFIED WITH THE WORK ..I HAVE TO ADMIT I WASNT COMFORTABLE WITH ANY OTHER SHOP IN THE AREA THEY JUST DIDNT CONVINCE ME ON A WELL DONE JOB BUT WHEN I DROVE IN PHILLIP'S AUTO THEY WERE THE ONLY SHOP TO ACTUALLY EXPLAIN THE ESTIMATE THROUGHLY PHIL JR THE YOUNG GUY THAT QUOTED ME DID A FANTASTIC JOB ON CONVINCING ME I LEFT MY VEHICLE THE SAME DAY AND NOW ILL BE DRIVING OUT A HAPPY COSTUMER

LET ME START OFF BY SAYING GREAT LOOKING SHOP I LOVE THE OFFICE AND THE PEOPLE YOU CAN TELL ITS A FAMILY OWNED BUISNESS I DONT WRITE MUCH SO TO KEEP IT SHORT AND SIMPLE THEY DID AN EXCELLENT SHOP AND I AGREE THEY WERE THE ONLY SHOP IN THE AREA TO ACTUALLY GIVE ME A FAIR PRICE ALONG WITH A 5 YEAR WARRANTY AND THE KID THERE ABOUT 20 SOMETHING IN AGE I TELL YOU HE KNEW HIS STUFF WITH A GREAT PERSONALITY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTION VERY WELL

Out of 5 shops I went in that Area they were THE BEST in price and service not to mention a very nice looking office every other shop I went to did not explain the Estimate and the young guy there in the office really knew what he was talking about explained every line and answered every one of my questions. As far as the job I came in for front end repairs the entire front end of my 2010 chevy Tahoe was caved in and they did a beautiful job I was honestly very pleased with the repairs I'm glad I left with a 5 year warranty ..every other shop in the area only gave out a year warranty thank you Philips I told you I was going to write a review on yelp!

Answered all of my questions assisted me very well and overall my vehicle came out like new 5 year warranty

Cost effective, as well as could be expected.

This place is a joke never take your car there ........
