Please beware that Donald Puchalski is one of those "lawyers" who, as soon as he has taken your money, will leave you pretty much hanging on your own. We used him for my mother's immigration case and he assured us she would be back in just a few months, then later, when my mom had to wait almost two years in Mexico, he tried to tell me that he NEVER had said she would be back in a few months. He will lie to your face! He did NOTHING to help my mom's case, and when you go to any consultations, after you have paid, he always seems to be in a hurry and almost pushing you out the door, like he has no time for you. As a matter of fact, it turns out, the person who "recommended" this lawyer to me at first ended up being DENIED for a visa and after switching lawyers got approved. I took matters into my own hands and did everything it was in my power to bring my mother back and ended up sending my own evidence and paperwork to DHS. Please please save yourself the trouble and look for an real lawyer!
