I own a 2003 BMW started getting a noise and the battery light came on. Took the car to a local dealer and they told me that I needed an alternator,water pump and belts .They gave me an estimate of close to $2000 to repair vehicle.Took the car to Quality Transmission spoke to Mike he told me to leave the car so they could check it.He also told me that due to the amount of work they had it would take several days for them to check it and complete the job.He called me the next day and told me that I did need those parts and the total cost would be $750.Pick up car the next day car runs perfect. They also gave me a 1 year warranty.

They replaced my good alternator with a bad one. The owner of this auto service is very aggressive and violent Italian. After they do a bad service to your car, you can't even argue with them. I really hope that someone stronger than me will file a legal lawsuit against this company. Can't believe they're still in business. Beware!

Your service was terrible and I had to take my car back 3 times to get it right. You said you have quality but the truth is all you have is quality combacks!!!!! So I want to let the people know you guys do bad service and don't know what your doing!!!!!
