Family members went to get a quote for my daughter's quinceanera cake for me on Super Bowl weekend since I live in Indiana. They told my family that 3-5 days and 3-5 days came and went. We called and they said "we are very busy because of Valentine's day give us 7-10 days" and that came and went. I called them on Feb 13 and they told me that they are so sorry but we will get a call Friday Feb 15th for sure. Well today is Sunday Feb 17 and they never called, so I decided to call them again. The young lady that answered the phone gave me a different number, which by the way was a fax number. I called back and told her it was a fax number and she repeated the number to me and I told her it's a fax number. She got really stupid with me and I asked to talk to the owner or manager, she said I am the manager and I said "oh so this is how you treat your customers and you can't give me the right number." She said, "well that's the number and that's the person to talk to." I said, "but your the manager right? you should handle this, yet your the manager and your giving me to someone else to get my quote."

These people have the WORSE customer service EVER!! Apparently they didn't want my business and I will NEVER give them my business! They don't know how to treat or talk to their customers, I don't care how busy you are you attend your customers professionally and do what you say you are going to do! They might have delicious cakes and pastries but I will NEVER buy from them again because they were so unprofessional and rude!!

Greatest b-day cakes ever

My family and I live in Wisconsin. Almost every year we'll order a special occasion cake from Roeser's Bakery, and have a family member deliver it from Chicago to Green Bay. I absolutely their cake. I would definitely recommend this bakery to any one looking for an extravagant cake.

Excellent

I recently went to Roeser Bakery for a birthday cake. It had been many, many, years since I had been there. I live way on the other side of town but it was worth the drive. The cake was the best. My grand daughter's birthday is coming up and I definitely going to order from there. The young lady who waited on me was patient and very nice. As I was walking down the street to get on the bus and a gentleman saw the bag he even commented on how good of a bakery it is. Kudos keep on doing what you are doing.
