After my family have been customers of Russ and his father for 44 years. They took my payment but didn't inform me that they would be canceling my policy until a cancellation check came in the mail and left me uninsured for 14 days and with zero disclosure. They claimed their computers were down, so I made the payment online and reached out with the appropriate confirmation number. But obviously they didn't follow up to confirm that the payment was successful, because things progressed this far. After working 16 hours, I came to this mess on a Saturday night and was unable to reactive my insurance. One mistake that has greatly inconvenienced not only myself, but my family and my employer. What a terrible blunder by this firm.


After speaking with something from corporate, they told me that while there was a mistake on State Farms side, that they would have to reach out directly to the firm in order to reinstate the policy. But since there is nobody at the office until Monday morning, I'll have to find another method of transportation for 2 work days.

I've been with Spinelli State Farm for over 7 years, and his agency's service has always been spectacular. From offering flexible payments arrangements, to staying open so I can drop off my payment in person, to quickly responding to my call after a horrible flood, this agency's concern for their customers gets top marks! I've also shopped around and still have not found better rates, although I also have a perfect driving record and no claims on my home policy.
