This has got to be a bottom-of-the-barrel store. I asked for a brilliant orange hair dye, I'm told I needn't bleach, as my hair is nearly pure white. Well, they were wrong!!Then to cover it up, they sold me a light brown, which turns out dark.-------------------------------------------So, today, I go in to get a conditioner, rainbow hair girl is clearly put out, makes a big statement about how she can't be responsible for the outcome. Duh! I've already learned that their advice is useless.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------I have a question about another product, I'm told another customer will be checked out while I wait. Sorry, guess you all are just so high-faluting. Actually, not only are many of the employees incompetent, but it seems like they're bored and unhappy working there.---------------------------------------I could have gone MUCH closer to home, and gone to Walgreen's. Employees there are always nice.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------By the way, I'm male, so there was never any bleach or dyes in my hair before I turned myself over to these peoples' mercy. I see no reason to go back there, as I can get the same stuff at Walgreen's, without the attitude.-----------------------------------------------------------------CVS and Walgreen's probably have everything this place does, though I don't know a whole lot about these things. What I do know--this isn't a very nice place to go.------------------------------------------------------------I didn't end up with anywhere near the intended color. I think maybe this whole thing was a bad idea. Maybe white hair/gray beard isn't that bad. Just don't put yourself in their hands. Better yet, don't put yourself in the store!
