I bought a pair of men driving loafer, I did not see a clearly deplicted signage speaking of restrictive store policies. I tried a shoe in the box, I did not try on both because they did not have footies,( red flag) and then bought the shoe.

So a 2-3 day period, I try on both shoes, one is defected and won't fit.

I call the story and was told rudely no merchandise exchange without a reciept.

Really ! Your own scanning and POS system can't do a simple return without a paper receipt. Get the hell out this neighborhood, you don't desrve our community business, you are an embrassment ! Close your doors.
