Bouncers try to intimidate patron as soon as they walk in. Waiters are extremely slow and get angry when you call them.



Expect many extra charges, 18% for parties of 4 and more, extra charge for separate checks, etc... Because there is an automatic 18% tip, the wait staff treats the customers like crap. I told the manager that the service was really bad and the staff didn't deserve 18% tip, he started to yell and told me to get out if I don't like it.
